Ingredients

bag
frozen sugar snap peas
2
teaspoons
toasted sesame oil
1
handful
sesame seeds
1/2 – 1
teaspoon
Salt
or to taste
1/2 – 1
teaspoon
garlic powder
or to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the sugar snap peas in a large mixing bowl.
Add toasted sesame seed oil, toasted sesame seeds, salt and garlic powder.
Mix well.
Place the sesame snap peas mixture onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are slightly brown and crispy.
Enjoy! I serve these sesame snap peas warm but they’re delicious cold too!
