Last week, I pulled out a piece of leftover matzah from last year (yes, Matzah lasts like forever) and took some photos. I decided, when designing this interactive Haggadah craft for kids, that it’s about time I finally offer some free printable matzah print paper for you to use for crafting!

So I literally pulled out my camera and took photos, making three types of printables: A matzah-shaped PNG that actually outlines the shape of the matzah, giving you a realistic (or should I say actually real) stock item to use, a full-sheet to make matzah print paper for cutting and crafting, and a round Matzah outlined as a circle, that young kids can cut out for crafts.

This is hand Shmurah matzah, because I felt like there was less of that around, and, you know, I’m trying to fill some gaps! Plus, it’s what we use, so why not let kids get familiar with what will actually be around on Pesach?

Both circle versions have the dark edge (one from the real deal and one that I made) to look like real matzah.
Craft Ideas with Matzah Print Paper
Here are some of the things I had in mind to do with it:
- I really made this so that it can be used when crafting kids’ haggadahs. Use the full sheet to trace from templates.
- Use the clean circle one to have kids cut it out for their Haggadahs or any Pesach craft.
- You can “print then cut” the shaped Matzah using your Cricut to use in scrapbooks or any craft where you need a matzah.
- Print on cardstock and laminate it using stiff laminating pouches to make a toy for a classroom dramatic play center.
- Use it as a photo prop, especially in classrooms where a child has Celiac and you don’t want to risk cross-contamination from real Matzah crumbs.
- Use the full-sheet as you would any printed scrapbook paper – make cards, table decor, etc.
- Cut place cards from the full sheet, and add white labels with names on it for an easy Matzah themed placecard.
- Use it instead of cutting felt matzah (again, print on cardstock and laminate) for a kids’ sensory Haggadah.
- Do the same for this felt seder plate toy.

The possibilities of what you can do with matzah print paper really are endless – so feel free to drop your ideas into the comments section to share with others.
